Shipping Policy
We do our best to process and ship every order as quickly as possible. However, during high-volume periods, promotions, product launches, or special events, orders may take longer than usual to ship. We are a small operation, and fulfillment times can be affected by production schedules, supplier timelines, shipping carriers, weather, or workload.

If you need an item by a specific date, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm whether that timeline is realistic.

All delivery dates are estimates only, not guarantees. Delays do not qualify for cancellations, chargebacks, or automatic refunds.

Once your order is handed to the shipping carrier, ownership and risk of loss transfer to you. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or misdelivery caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control.

Most items are made to order or produced in limited runs. For that reason, most sales are final.

If tracking shows an order as “delivered,” it is considered complete.


Event & High-Volume Periods
During special promotions, launches, or high-traffic periods, processing and shipping times may extend by several weeks. By ordering during these times, you acknowledge and accept longer wait times.

If you are unable to wait for extended processing, we kindly ask that you do not place an order during these periods.
